Path rolls of Aluminum rolling mills in its Hot rolling and Cold rolling are very successfully surface engineered by us for the last many years now.
These rolls are subject to extreme abrasion and stress due to high sheet tension
This application requires the rolls to be engineered with extreme criticality
We at Eastern Metallizing, have CNC machining and cylindrical grinding facilities to main the desired cambers / countours / tapers of these rolls and grind and super finish these rolls to a surface ra of up-to 0.05 microns!
